Every day. Tired. No matter what time I go to bed. Tired. I could sleep for 15 hours. Tired.
So my theory: I’ll start only sleeping 4 hours and increase my coffee intake. And I’ll still be tired but my list of things to get accomplished in a day will be much more achievable. To me that the might just be the best option. House would always be clean. I could do a long work out. Cook. Pack lunches for the next day. And now that I think about it; THIS is what adulting is….finding the right ratio of coffee to counteract the amount of sleep obtained. Adulting solved. You’re welcome.
